  • What services do you include in your monthly retainer packages?
    NAYA offers a variety of monthly retainer packages to fit your needs. Our retainer packages are customised for each client - it depends on your business and the goals you're looking to achieve.
  • How long are your retainer contracts for?
    NAYA offers contracts as short as six months. We also offer contracts in yearly increments.
  • Why is hiring an agency better than hiring someone in-house?
    By outsourcing your marketing, you have access to a broader array of services than may be available in-house for a fraction of the price. Instead of paying someone in house to manage social media, someone for your web design and graphic design, another for events and marketing strategies - NAYA can handle all of this for you and more for less than those salaries combined.
  • What price do your retainer contracts start at?
    Our retainer packages are customized for each client - it depends on the services you choose and how many hours you choose for your monthly retainer. Each service requires a set minimum timeframe; please contact us to schedule your free marketing consultation for more information.
  • What if I want to cancel my retainer contract?
    Should you choose to terminate your retainer contract, all required is the agreed-upon notice period in your contract or the fees you would have paid during that period in lieu of the advanced notice.
  • What will my initial investment or startup costs be?
    - For Retainer Clients, the only initial investment is the first's month's payment. - For Project Clients, there is a 50% deposit due before NAYA begins working, and the balance is due upon completion of the project. - For Printed items, payment is due in full before production will begin.
  • Do you charge for quotes?
    No! NAYA provides free, no-obligation quotes.
  • What are your standard rates?
    NAYA charges by the hour: - Project Clients are charged up to $150KYD ($180USD) per hour. - Retainer Clients receive a discounted rate and are charged up to $100KYD ($120USD) per hour.
  • How do I pay for agency fees?
    NAYA accepts payment through Bank Transfers, Cheques, Debit Cards and Credit Cards. Your invoices will include our bank account information for you to make online payments. You can also call us and make payment over the phone or deliver a cheque to us. Note: if paying by cheque, work begins once the bank has cleared the cheque.

Social media websites were initially developed for social networking, but social media has become a popular marketing approach.   • How can I get information on the people visiting my website?
    Once NAYA has built or is managing your website, we will install Google Analytics to track the data on your website. This program will track all your website visitor statistics, including the number of visitors – new and returning, how long they spent on each page, where they are from, keyword searches to your website, how they found your website, etc.
  • What pages should I include in my website?
    Creating a new website can be a daunting task, but NAYA is here to make it easy. Every business is different, so every website will be different.
